Xiaoli Dong, Assistant General Manager of China National Offshore Oil Corporation

Born in June 1957, Mr. Dong Xiaoli graduated from Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Production Mechanisation in 1982 and received an MBA degree from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in 2000. In 2005, he received a Doctor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Technology from China University of Petroleum. Mr. Dong started his career in February 1982. In January 1997, he was appointed Factory Director of SINOPEC Linyuan Refinery. He assumed the position of General Manager and Party Secretary of CNPC Linyuan Petrochemical Company in September 1999, and became General Manager and Vice Party Secretary of CNPC Daqing Refining and Chemical Company in October 2000. Mr. Dong joined CNOOC in July 2004, and successively served as General Manager of Huizhou Refinery Project, Deputy General Manager of CNOOC Oil and Petrochemicals Co., Ltd., Vice General Manager of CNOOC Refining and Marketing Group, and General Manager of CNOOC Oil and Petrochemicals Co., Ltd. In March 2013, he was appointed Assistant President of CNOOC.
