Mr Hui Yang is a Senior Engineer and an Environmental Evaluation Engineer. He graduated from Tianjin University majoring in environmental engineering in 1994. He has over 18 years of experience in the environmental engineering design of powerplant. He has joined many 300MW/600MW/1000MW power plant engineering designteams, and has held a position as Project Chief Engineer which responsibility for several projects such as the Shanwei 2x600MW project etc. Given his technical expertise and solid experience in project management, Hui Yang is a senior expert and consultant in environmental engineering in electric power design.
