ZENG Xixian graduated from University of Dundee with a Master Degree in Social Science. She was working in a financial institute in Manchester, UK, and had experience on developing well-known international education programs in South China.

Xixian has been working in UK-China (Guangdong) CCUS Centre since 2015 as the General Office Director, be responsible for administration management and public communication. Since then, she has been participating in a number of low carbon relevant projects.
