Summary

The report reviews existing policy instruments that support thedeployment and R&D of carbon capture, utilisation and storage technologies(CCUS). We found there is no consensus in managing a portfolio of policysupports for CCUS in China and in other countries. The next step of work wouldinclude quantitative measurements of how different policy may support CCUS andprovide a qualitative discussion on how different policy may interact andinfluence with each other.
